Over 2018-9, Tessera acquired and provided funding for improvements to TruckPro’s existing location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The property is situated in an established industrial neighborhood on a prominent, corner lot. The lot sits on a portion of Airline Hwy that comprises a section of U.S. Hwy 190, which connects Louisiana to Texas. The property, which is fenced and gated, comprises three buildings totaling 49,500 sf on a total of 6.4 acres. The property has been occupied by TruckPro and its predecessor for over 30 years.
Tessera’s funding allowed TruckPro to make a series of improvements, including repaving of selected portions of the property, roof repairs, installation of LED lighting, HVAC upgrades, interior and exterior painting, and the installation of an electronic access gate.
