One of Tessera’s principals worked with the insurance carrier and officials at Norfolk Southern to coordinate repair and restoration of the facility while allowing Gerdau to continue to occupy undamaged portions of the premises. Restoration included replacing structural elements of the roof, foundation and load bearing walls of the 40,000 sf facility.
